The first time being local!

The fascinating growth of a region always comes with an expansion of the organizations both public and private supporting the growth. The organizations play an immense positive role not only by providing services to their clients and stakeholders, but also to the society as a whole. The trickling down of the growth touches the local population and builds up a diversified work place. There’s no greater experience than to be a part of the story, being involved directly playing a small part and experiencing it firsthand.
Victoria is going through a phase where government and private investments are driving a sustainable growth which will keep on for years to come.
When I decided to shift to Victoria it enthralled me as a civil engineer who always plays the first role in building up the infrastructure and keeping up with the futuristic developments.
The basics of the trade remain same, the associated practices and guidelines keep on varying. While looking out for opportunities the first obvious question which comes up is local experience. The funny part of it is for a new place which experiences this kind of growth there always will be first timers who become local and then become eventually a part of the story.
Would like to hear from LinkedIn on this!
