Yes?- They want to impress. And do it fast.?
So, what do they do? They show no patience, dive head long into their new work, try to make random suggestions with very limited experience in how the team works

Produce high quality work and make an actual impact

Any day, it is better to over prepare than under prepare. So, here is a viable option for building great work momentum in the first three months of your job.
Break down the first 90 days of your employment into three months and devote the same to?understanding how to fit in.
Break each of the three parts into four goals

?? Initiative Goals
?? Personal Goals
Let us say you are hired for an SEO position. What should your 90- Day Plan look like?
???? First 30 days - THE ABSORB PHASE
Be the sponge. Your priority is to be a sponge and soak in as much information as possible
Learning Goals -?
1. Study my company's mission, vision and overarching strategy. Read my company's culture code.?
2. To learn more about our company culture and why we implement it.
3. Meet with my team's manager to learn about how meeting our goals will help our business grow and learn more about their expectations.
Performance Goals - Be able to write 3 blog posts per week
Initiative Goals - Run the FB Live experiment that my manager recommended
Personal Goals - Build Rapport with my team at a professional and personal level
????At the end of 60 days - THE CONTRIBUTE PHASE
By end of 60 days, you must be able to up your workload, start achieving set expectations, and make a name for yourself on your team
How?
Start speaking at meetings, share ideas
Learning Goals - Deep dive into my company's product roadmap and strategy to fully grasp our mission and vision
Performance Goals - Be able to write 5 blog posts per week. Be down to one cycle of edits per post
Initiative Goals - Share new content strategy idea at my team's monthly meeting . OR may be ask the Manager if you can oversee an additional distribution strategy like Slack?
Personal Goals - Meet other teams you work with . Grab a coffee and build rapport
???? At the end of 90 days - THE LEAD PHASE
You should have a grasp of your role, feel confident of your abilities and make breakthrough contribution to your team. You must be able to collaborate with other teams and take on new projects and make an impact that turns heads
Learning Goals - Ask yourself what is my highest and lowest performing blog post? What can change for better?
Performance Goals - Write blog posts that generate 10000 views per month. Write blog posts that do not require revision
Initiative Goals - Collaborate with cross functional teams for better content strategy
Personal Goals- Keep your cool while it is hot
