First steps using ChatGPT for my daily work

My learnings playing around with ChatGPT. The content gets higher quality asking the right and precise questions. Asking is leading! As I read the first articles and examples from others about ChatGPT, it is easy to get the impression that it is simple to create meaningful content, but it isn't.

My early learnings that help me getting more senseful content with using ChatGPT:

• having the "message" of your content in mind helps
• noting down the most important keywords and matching them ...
• ... into a storyline and structure, prepares the accuracy of the output
• phrasing the structured key words into questions or considerations will lead into better answers with descriptions and suggestions

Intermediate conclusions:

1. the more generic the input the more generic the output - risk of having content without message and soul
2. it needs preparation and conception to get valuable content
3. the more niche content is wanted the more prepartion is needed
4. the content needs to be rewritten and cross-checked
5. very specific content like instructions or documentations are challenging to create

It is interesting to match this tool into the internal operations, let's see where it ends up for me/us.
