The First Step to Thrive in '25!

The First Step to Thrive in '25!

Question for you - What's your "Theme" for the year??Are you able to articulate it??? ?

Establishing your theme may be the most impactful first step to launching your year, keep reading and I will help you nail this down! ???

Your theme creates a directional influence on your "identity," which fuels your belief system.??

By establishing this, you will feel?clarity, alignment, and empowerment toward your desired results. Furthermore, removing obstacles and achieving what's in focus is now easier.??

To help you, I've created a?Theme one-pager?you can download to help crystalize and identify the pillars that support it. I use this personally, and with clients.

Unsure what your theme is - let me help you find it with these 3 Steps:

1) Brain Dump ??: Get everything out of your brain and onto paper. Goals. Obstacles. Opportunities. Challenges. Fears. Excitement. Who you want to be this year and beyond. Where do you want to go...? What means "success" this year, for you?

2) Look for patterns ??:?What are those "one words" that jump out and speak to you - what's meaningful?? Grab them and nail it down.

3) Download the?Theme one-pager: Use this to crystalize your theme and those pillars (actions) that support it.??

Pro tip: Share it.?Share with others, share with me, and post it (if you want).? Doing so will align yourself and others to your theme while manifesting self-accountability.

I'm happy to offer feedback, answer questions, or jump on a complimentary Coaching Huddle to help ->?Craig's Calendar.?

I've used this technique for years - it's helped me "endure" cancer, "shift" after a job loss, "persevere" as a new entrepreneur, and now "10x" in 2025.

Here's to getting on offense and living in your theme for 2025!

Your friend and Coach,

Craig

P.S.?The?Theme one-pager?also acts as a simple business plan.

P.S.S. As a Leader, try using this to align with your team with 2025 business planning- I?will help you.
