First Milk – Where Safety Really Does Come First!

We're excited to share how we've supported a client over the past two years who fully embraced our safety training with enthusiasm and a refreshing open-mindedness that has truly stood out.

A big thank you to the media department @FirstMilk for allowing us to share this valuable story!

First Milk – Summer Newsletter

‘It has been 757 days since the last lost time accident on site. This is a fantastic achievement’

Hazard reporting significantly increased during the early months of the training period. And now remains consistent. Close out targets are being met within agreed targets. And communicated site wide.

With an emphasis on praise and encouragement. This is clear to see when you visit the Aspatria site.

The newsletter continued:

‘The penultimate Deal With It? workshop was held recently. This extensive initiative, led by Neil Lancaster and his team of trainers, has been a tremendous effort, ensuring all site employees have received this vital training by the time of its conclusion.

The Deal With It? workshops are renowned for their eye-opening content, illustrating how small, seemingly innocent actions, can escalate into serious health and safety hazards. Employees are trained to confidently address and correct risky behaviours. Ensuring the safety of everyone on site. The achievement is a testament to the dedication of all involved in prioritising a safe work environment.

It was great to see some of your positive feedback:

Brilliant course. Everyone in business should do it!

Really Engaging. It really was a rollercoaster ride as you described, with the course being a real eye opener.

Very well delivered. Thought provoking, interactive and fun.'

Like any journey, there’s always room for progress. However, FirstMilk is undoubtedly on the right path. By continuing to apply the same focus and resources, and maintaining the same commitment to safety, health, and well-being that fuels their other successes, they are well-positioned for even greater achievements.

?

We’re excited to reconnect with the Senior Leadership team and Safety Champions later this year and continue supporting their efforts!
