First Milestone of the Kompleks Sukan Shah Alam Project, Demolition Works Facilitated by Contract and Provisions by Azmi & Associates
The demolition works for Kompleks Sukan Shah Alam have started on 1st July 2024 which marks the new era for Selangor sports landscape.
Replacing the iconic Stadium Shah Alam, Kompleks Sukan Shah Alam was proposed as early as 2022 to be the uber-modern sports complex in Malaysia. The new development will be integrated with public transportation via LRT3 and hotel buildings for the comfort of guests.
Other modern amenities of the sports complex itself include transparent roof, ample retail spaces, a vast concourse, temperature-regulated seats for the comfort of fans as well as separate walkways and entrances for home and away fans for greater security.
The scale model of Kompleks Sukan Shah Alam was put on display for the first time recently during the First Selangor Plan (RS-1) Half Term Review, officiated by the Chief Minister of Selangor, YAB Dato' Seri Amirudin Shari with the CEO of Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated) , Tuan Haji Ts. Saipolyazan M Yusop giving a full briefing to the media and the public on the full development plan and design concept of the project.
Azmi & Associates with our motto "From Conception to Completion" is pleased to have been an integral part of this impactful project and looking forward to see through its coming off ground for the eagerly waiting public to walk through the turnstiles for the first which is slated at end 2026. We wish all the very best to Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated) (MBI Selangor) and Lembaran Prospek Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB) to make this happen.
