The First Inspiration USA Programme

I wanted to tell you more about our Inspiration USA business growth and scale up programme as we only have two places left and a looming deadline of 24th December to fill them.

Here are the details

First 3 day session - Gisborough Hall - All accommodation and food included-14th - 16th January 2020

Developing your business for Growth and Scale along with developing your key areas of concentration for the USA visit.

8th - 15th (UK time) February

A week based at Babson University/College Executive Education Centre - Boston, USA.

Covering throughout the week:

A Global Mindset - developing global ideas and adapting them for the UK market

It's all about Sales - increasing funnels and channels to see immediate results

Business Model Development - reviewing and contrasting your current model and developing a change to increase profitability

Marketing - new and disruptive ways to market for growth

Design Thinking - using design thinking to revolutionise your business and its profits

How to exploit your current data - looking at the introduction of AI into your business and its future business to increase profits

Managing People, Change and Growth - ensuring you are positioned well to make full use of the challenge

Development of Action Plans - implementing and ensuring action in your business as a result of this week

Along with all of this, we are also:

Visiting and meeting with businesses from the Boston/Cambridge Entrepreneurial Ecosystem. Meeting and working with like-minded US businesses to develop knowledge transfer and long term business relationships. The British Consulate is holding a dedicated networking session for us to meet and develop networks with US-based British companies.

8th - 15th February 2020 Flying from and returning to Teesside Airport.

Second 3-day session - Gisborough Hall - All accommodation and food included - 10th - 12th March 2020.

Further area development and reviews of the impact of the programme. US-based businesses and Professors coming to the UK to:

? redevelop and reiterate past learning

? implement even newer and greater Growth and Scaleability processes

To maximise our UK business opportunities.

Development of the first UK/US EMS Ambassadors programme - a business opportunity to collaborate, develop and create links between the two areas. This is the first time this facilitation has been attempted in the UK. You would become the first Ambassadors.

The full cost of this programme - both of the UK portions and the travel to the US is only ￡250 per month for 12 months.

Other than any alcoholic drinks you would want, any personal trips or purchases, everything else, all transport, accommodation, internal transport, snacks, soft drinks and most importantly the High Value and High Intensity training is all taken care of in the cost.
