First Impressions Matter: How to Make Them Last
Last week, during my day in London, I had a meeting experience at Addleshaw Goddard in Moorgate that left a lasting impression on me.
From the moment I stepped in, the professionalism was evident. The receptionists greeted me warmly, standing up to welcome me and inquire about my needs.
Despite arriving early, I was offered the comfort of their Business Lounge instead of waiting at the front desk. It was a thoughtful gesture, especially considering the chilly weather outside.
Mike, who welcomed me in the lounge, offered to take my jacket and asked if I wanted any refreshments. I opted for a Black Americano, and he promptly arranged it for me.
I was provided with a private work pod equipped with all the necessities, including power sockets, pens, paper, and internet access.
The quality of the coffee, an Illy brew, was exceptional, adding to the overall positive experience.
With ample time before my meeting, I utilized the comfortable environment to check emails and prepare myself.
Even the restroom facilities, with gender-neutral options and thoughtful amenities like a period station and Cinnamon scented hand cream, reflected the attention to detail.
The outstanding experience left me feeling not just prepared but also positively energized for my meeting.
Here are my Reflecting on this 1st Impression experience:
Overall, my encounter at Addleshaw Goddard was beyond impressive, prompting me to share this post about the exceptional standards of professionalism and hospitality I experienced.
