* Jul-23 = 8,817 loans
* Aug-23 = 9,213
* Sep-23 = 9,328
* Oct-23 = 10,041
* Nov-23 = 10,395
?
First home buyer activity is currently above average: over the past decade, an average of 9,024 owner-occupiers have signed up for new home loans each month.
