                                Undergraduate Internship:- Dream or a nightmare

Getting internship is a challenge for you?

Being an undergraduate student it is the dream to pursue an internship during summer vacation. The passion, enthusiasm, and dream to achieve a goal by pursuing the internship is always there in many students.

But are they really able to achieve? Can undergraduate students get internship easily? Are there any platforms wherein they can find an internship? Do companies support students without any work experience? So many questions right?

I have experienced all such things in the last 4 months. I have finished my 2nd year in Information Technology engineering, and I am interested in digital marketing and content writing. It was my dream to do an internship after my 4th semester exams. I started looking for an internship since February.

I thought it would be easy for me to find an internship because I wanted to learn and prove my skills. But gradually the path became difficult for me. Companies were not ready to accept a 2nd-year student and why they were rejecting me? Because I was not mature enough for the internship they need students who are in the last year of college.

I was like seriously? No one is born with experience and maturity. Everyone needs support and time to learn and understand things. And how can you expect 2nd-year student should be experienced, everyone wants output no one is ready to help and support.

Got rejected from many companies and at last, it was becoming like a nightmare for me. I started losing hopes and was about to cancel the plan for pursuing the internship. But it is also true that if you really want to work hard then you will always find something.

It was like a Ray of Light in darkness for me and one day I got a call from a Company called BearBook Software, and they were ready to support me for my internship and offered me 2 months full time internship. And after that, I have never looked back.
