First direct flight between Israel, Morocco starts from Tel Aviv to Marrakech

Israel is launching its first direct flight to Marrakech Morocco this Sunday with the arrival of a first group of 100 Israeli tourists aboard a plane of the Israeli airline Israir.

Morocco is home to the largest Jewish community in North Africa, numbering around 3,000 people while some 700,000 Jews of Moroccan descent live in Israel.
