First, let me introduce myself. I am Tejal Wagadia! I am an immigrant woman that has ADHD. This is my identity. 5 or 6 years ago I started writing for jobseekers, tips and tricks from a recruiter.

I have made it my mission to help job seekers. However, in recent years I have also made it my mission to mentor and train junior recruiters or people who want to gt into this field. Lastly, I am passionate about women and women of color and pushing them forward in all things I do.

So if you've received an invite to subscribe to this newsletter, let me tell you what it's about.

It might not be for you, and that's okay!

This newsletter is geared towards everyone though.

The conversations we will be having are about careers.

Right now we're focused in the US, employees and employers already in the US.

Mainly on the even months, it will be about job seekers in general. I'll have interviewed a hiring manager and an experienced recruiter to tell you about how things work in their industry. As we know no two industries are alike.

On the odd months with the exception of this month, it will be for recruiters. I will be interviewing experienced recruiters to give advice to those just starting out or wanting to get into the field.

We will also tackle things like biases, mental health, being neurodivergent, and more.

All of this so you, an employee will have knowledge at your disposal. Knowledge that will be useful to you.

Again, this like any other newsletter isn't for everyone.

If you have a topic, don't hesitate to let me know.

And of course, my newsletter would be called caffeinated careers right?

until next time,

Stay caffeinated.

Thanks. I am subcribed
