First 3D model of my research on Hircanian forest plantation by drone . Iran,s North Forest - Affected by Caspian Sea - Mazandaran .

This is my first 3dmodel of my research in Phd course . I used Phantom 3 pro to test cheap and popular drone,s ability for forest plantation monitoring . In this research I didnt use Lidar equipment .

I test several software like Pix4dmapper , Agisoft photoscan , Contexcapture , Simactive Correlator3d , ... for producind mesh and 3dpointcloud. current 3dmodel that I prepared a short video , is created by ContextCapture software . I tried to use OpenDroneMap software that is opensource and free software in Linux environment from Github.com but I couldnt finally create complete products. need to find good Linux expert to complete this software too.

Although some limitations didnt let me to share the complete video of this model , but we can see that 3dmodel can recognize under crown plants and seedling too even in shadow of higher trees if space distribution let the drone to capture images in different angles .
