The First 100 Days

The First 100 Days

Stepping into a senior finance role? The first 100 days can make or break your long-term impact. It’s the golden window where leaders set the tone, earn trust, and drive real change. But navigating this crucial period isn’t easy - without the right strategy, you risk getting caught in the whirlwind instead of leading with confidence.

If you're a newly appointed FD or CFO - or preparing to take the leap - you might be facing some tough realities:

  • You don’t feel as prepared as you’d like
  • You may not be as equipped as you need to be
  • Success requires an entirely new skill set
  • You only get one chance to make a powerful first impression
  • And, if we're being honest, stepping into this role can feel daunting and uncertain (as many before you have admitted)

More than 50% of all new C-Suite appointments (including Finance) FAIL within 18 months

So, how can you step up, stand out, and seize the moment?

With extensive C-suite experience, former CFO and seasoned executive coach, Jeremy Earnshaw helps aspiring and newly appointed finance leaders master these challenges - so you're fully prepared to make a lasting impact in your first 100 days! ??

Where did the 100 days come from? And is it 20 weeks? I do like the concept of impact and time but why 100??
