Fireman's Muster

Those Gallant Old Machines are coming back to The Gardner Fish and Gun Club on Saturday July 14, 2018! We are holding a good old fashion Fireman's Muster. Many of the Hand Tubs that were here for Gardner's 225th Anniversary will be either competing or on display, plus other tubs from all over New England.

The Gardner Fire Department will have its small 6 man tub The Pine Plug built 1833 which will be on display as well as the departments running 1931 La France fire engine. Other fire departments in the Gardner area will also be attending with their equipment for exhibit.

There will also be 7 local food trucks for the entirety of the event. Wachusett Brewing Company will be in attendance with their branded fire truck with their tasty beers available for purchase inside. Miller Light will have a beer wagon with beverages available for purchase outside.

Save the date! July 14, 2018. Doors open at 10:00 AM. Competition starts at 12:00 PM (NOON) and should wrap up between 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Come on down and eat, drink and join in on the festivities and help operate a piece of American History.
