Because humans are driven by feelings, good marketers tend to utilize emotion-based marketing campaigns, oftentimes selling a feeling as opposed to an actual product.”(Chierotti, 2018)

Building trust is essential, and brand consistency is a key factor. All marketing and messaging must be “on-brand.” Consumers want to know they can trust your product. The first evidence of this is how well you care for your brand.?
