As a Result of our Comprehensive AS1530.4-2014 Fire Testing Program 2022.

TBA Firefly? are pleased to announce that we can now provide Multiple Service Fire Stopping Solutions through our Double TBA Firefly? Intubatt? for the Cross Laminated Timber Industry to enable them to retain the natural look of their CLT without the requirement to cover it up with Fire Grade Plasterboard.

Over 342 TBA Firefly? FRL-/90/90 Systems protecting Electrical, Communications, Mechanical, Fire & Security, Plumbing & Hydraulic, Wet Fire and Structural service Penetrations passing through our XLAM 90 Minute Bare CLT 130mm thick Floor System.

Over 342 TBA Firefly? FRL-/60/60 Systems protecting Electrical, Communications, Mechanical, Fire & Security, Plumbing & Hydraulic, Wet Fire and Structural service Penetrations passing through our XLAM 60 Minute Bare CLT 130mm thick Floor System.

All Tested in accordance with AS1530.4-2014 and Assessed in accordance with AS4072.1-2005 and confirmed in Reports from an Accredited Testing Laboratory.

For Compliance with the NCC:

TBA Firefly? Systems must be Designed/Installed/Signed Off in Strict Accordance with the concise construction details contained within the following Compliance Reports and ID No’s for the Specific Application and FRL achieved.

Contained within Table 6, Tables 8, 8a, 8b, 8c, 8d & 8e

May pass through the Seal ID No’s listed below.

Warringtonfire Report No: FAS190234 RIR Specific Seal ID No's: H63 & H64

These 2 Reports Must be used together if the Seals are penetrated by service penetrations.

These Reports are from an Accredited Testing Laboratory which meet Specification A2.3 Section 2 (c) of NCC2016 Amendment 1 (Including Prior Versions) & Schedule 5 Section 2 (c) of NCC2019 (Including Amendment 1) & Specification 1, S1C2 Part (c) (i) & (ii) of NCC 2022 (Preview) for determination of an FRL.
