Once I planned to be a millionaire by the time I was 40. Didn't quite make it due to the Newcastle earthquake and fraudulent directors of a gold mining company I was top 20 of. It took another 20 years and the GFC to knock me down again and then I invested in Zip and became a multi millionaire. Temporarily at least. Funny thing, as I sit on my waterfront home catching up with the movers and shakers , I am having a perfect grilled salmon and salad lunch cooked as part of my new hobby cooking for my wonderful wife Ros . In between our regular health appointments of course. Ahh! The simple life.
