1 年Thank you for sharing Marcel van Oost "Range" is indeed an excellent book that demonstrates why people with multifaceted backgrounds and experiences can often thrive much better than those with monolithic expert profiles in complex business situations. By definition, FinTech is an innovative and game-changing field where skills such as thinking outside the box, dealing effectively with uncertainty, ambiguity, and change as well as executing strategic plans are key success factors in building economically viable solutions and businesses. As I have seen over the years, individuals with multi-sided experiences tend to be much better equipped than single-area experts to both... connect the dots and deliver.
