• Online trading and broking platform Selfwealth has seen two non-binding offers for their company in one week - one from Bell Financial Group (ASX:BFG) at 22c a share and one from Axi at 23c a share - versus 12c before the bids.

• ETF and trading platform Betashares announced a brokerage free offering to over 300 ASX-listed shares on their Betashares Direct platform, complementing their existing brokerage-free access to all ASX-traded ETFs.

• Crypto.com ?announced today the acquisition of Fintek Securities Pty Ltd. (Fintek), a brokerage service and trading company that holds an Australian Financial Services Licence and is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

• Open banking, data aggregation and analytics platform, Envestnet | Yodlee is celebrating 16 years on Australia this month. Yodlee launched in?Australia in November 2008, initially providing the white label Personal Financial Management application behind?ANZ's budgeting, financial management and investment planning tool – MoneyManager.?

• ANZ have partnered with CitoPlus through their external innovation and investment partner, 1835i .

• ASX listed Xero announced their HY25 Result - Operating revenue growth of 25%, a 51% increase in EBITDA compared to H1 FY24, to $311.7 million . This resulted in free cash flow increasing to $208.7 million.

• Block Earner announced they are launching Crypto backed loans for Mortgages in Late November.

• ausbiz and Marketech have partnered via a content deal. CEO interviews are now streaming through the Focus platform, can be curated in each users 'daily news feed', are saved in with the company's ASX news, and linked to mobile alerts.

• Sydney based Bridgit - A platform helping homeowners has secured an increased facility to $250,000,00 supporting $1b in transactional volume.

• Airwallex Unveiled a program to Support the Next Generation of Innovators, Entrepreneurs and Startups and Pledges 1% of Equity, an overall value exceeding US$56M.

• Up announced that it nearing the 1m User Milestone - towards the end of the year. Co-founder Dominic Pym was also featured in the AFR today about why he is investing in startups.

• Financial planning platform targeting financial advisers YBL.AI have launched their website at https://solutions.ybl.ai/aiassist1
