FinTech Gonzos
Andrew Dix and I know each other for a long time. We met when I worked for a crowd funding real estate company in Los Angeles. He's fintech industry publication CrowdFundInsider.com caught my eye and we hit it off right away with our views of the industry and where it was headed.
When it comes to my personal opinions of our industry, I am never shy about what I think about the direction and impact we are making in the world. The idea of putting my thoughts down on paper and have it out there being judge was scary at first but became part of who I am after. Thanks to Andrew's courtesy and courage of giving me a voice amongst the stars. For that I am grateful.
On an annual basis, I, like many others examine our past and predict what's to come the following year or decade in FinTech. We've been doing that for 7 or 8 years now and it's always something I look forward to while spending time during the holidays with my family.
Writing is something I love to do and writing about our industry is something that I've never dreamed of doing.
