1 年I believe that FINRA's self regulatory status has left them in a position to harm retail investors for the benefit of current or past board members (often associated with Hedgefunds) Why is FINRA preventing information sharing in regards to MMTLP, specifically the Cat data or Bluesheets. Personal information is redactible and the Blue sheets were already pulled in December 5th, Finra could at least make that information available. Mmtlp was on FINRA's fraud radar for months (per FOIA documents) and yet they allowed it to trade until they halted the stock permanently before it was set to spin out. Shorts were about to be forced to close and FINRA protected them and harmed over 65k retail investors. Some who have attempted or completed suicide others who have lost their homes or ability to pay for needed medical care This is exactly why FINRA should not be allowed to self police and should lose their status of immunity. #MMTLP #Releasethebluesheets #Finrafraud
