Finish Strong. Never Quit

Many individuals have the dream of becoming Navy SEALs and yet very few make it through BUD/S. One of the sayings that you hear from Navy SEALs is "The Only Easy Day was Yesterday". If a SEAL candidate wants to quit, all they have to do is ring the bell that is omnipresent 3 times, and BUD/S is over for them.

For those that make it through BUD/S, they can say that they never gave up on their dream. They pushed themselves beyond their physical and mental limits. They relied on their teammates to give them strength. They reached deep down into their innermost self to find the reserves to achieve their dream. They never quit. They didn't allow the negative mindset to take hold.

While you may not want to be a Navy SEAL, you too have dreams and desires to achieve something. When the journey becomes rough, who can you rely on to give you strength and inspiration? Are you allowing those negative thoughts to creep into, and take up residence?

It's at these points that you need to expel those negative thoughts, and find that positive reserve energy that we all have. Reach out to those that truly believe in you to gain a renewed strength. If you don't have someone like that, take care of that immediately. Our Creator didn't give us a defeatist attitude. Our soul was born with a "Don't Quit" attitude. It will never go away.

Finish your race strong. Don't quit.
