The Finish Line

While satisfactorily sipping my glass of water listening to the thumping beat echoing in the background of my chest, ''How many races have I run in my life, not just running, pacing through to the finish line?'' I quietly asked myself.

''Every Finish Line is the beginning of a new race'' Lil Wayne explicitly mirrors this message sweetly and in his lyrical utterance, I began to ponder, rhetorical as the statement may sound, a journey of a thousand struggles and triumphs echoes the results you rest upon finally. How you navigate through is up to you, I have remained reassuring myself.

The days can be tiresome, the fatigue Urrgh!! But the win, the win, the win always in check, keeps you in perspective. Competitive as life is, the early riser catches the warm embrace of timely finishes, and more often than not grabbing that sweet rest at day end is a reward he cannot resist therefore daily he persists.

My days begin with much planning, constantly in my wishful thinking I request this prayer to the Almighty;

To guide me for my destination is known only by Him. Is my effort right? The finish line will tell. Till then, with uttermost excellence I expect my journey to be, therefore in the right mind guide my day till day end so that eventually I may utter a resounding voice of success in my stories

Within this life race, which is always a live race the pace may go fast, slow, and at times fairly quick but for a fact, I have to run my race to the finish line, and only then can I Champion this my life story.
