FINGER CAR is recommended by our company for customers who aim for high-capacity, mass production. Our machine, which works integrated with the curing rack system, performs all of the “production-drying-picking-packaging” processes fully automatically.

Pallet without legs are used in the system. These pallets are sorted as 20 pcs in the elevator system and then transported to the curing rack shelfs by FINGER CAR. The products that have been dried and cured here are taken back by FINGER CAR and given to the Lowerator. Lowerator give the pallets one by one to pallet driver. Eventually the dry products taken by collector robot and stack on shipping pallet.
