They have developed an embedded lending infrastructure that will help companies in Indonesia launch credit products quickly, safely, and smoothly. In our recent interview, we spoke with Finfra’s team about their product's significance and future plans.
Hey there! Could you tell us what Finfra is?about?
We’re a one-stop shop?for anyone who wants to launch white-labeled lending products in Indonesia. In other words,?Finfra builds?an?embedded lending infrastructure. Working with Finfra,?digital businesses?can launch white-labeled credit products within weeks, not years. With us, they can?provide credit to their users to monetize them by earning additional revenue streams, increasing their users' purchasing power, and improving retention by increasing?the?stickiness of their platform and brand.
How did you?develop the idea for Finfra?
We saw that many non-financial companies would like?to start offering lending products to their user base but had neither the know-how, licensing,?nor systems to do it. And we were perfectly suited to build a white-label product that helps them launch?such products!
What does your competitive landscape look like?
As a white-label Embedded Lending as a Service solution?—?we are the first?ones?in Indonesia. While?among thecompetition for end borrowers, many other online lenders exist. But we stand out with an integrated product that provides a better experience for the end borrower and better decision power for the lenders.
When did you launch,?and how was your journey so far?
We launched Finfra in 2022,?and we’ve had a great journey of building a top team, testing our product, and now starting to scale our sales pipeline. We’re very excited about our journey in the coming years?as all the work starts?paying off!
What are your main achievements so far?
We already have 5 live clients for our services! We are currently present in Indonesia, which is our main market?closing a funding round that we will announce soon.

Are there?any?challenges you’re overcoming now?
The main challenges are building our sales pipeline and hiring an extended senior team. As we overcome these challenges, we know we’ve?entered?another phase for our business.
What are your plans for the next year?
The plan is to continue expanding to new segments in Indonesia, raise another funding round for further growth, and make lending more accessible in Indonesia!
