Finding Your Why

Through my career I have been exposed to so many people from different culture and educational background that have inspired me to do what I do. Its always the same believe whether opening a hotel or setting up business, its always the same WHY question that i always ask myself and the answer will always remain the same, to be a good human being that people surrounding me benefit to my presence.

By being a General Manager to a hotel, certainly its my utmost importance task to provide a platform for all the team member to gain benefit in mentoring at the same time helping them discover their true talent and point the right direction of where the path of career they should pursue. Always a personal pleasure of mine, to see that someone can achieve the next level of career step through their hard work whilst you provide the necessary support in boosting their confidence and much needed push. Always love being in this position, where anyone benefit from all the skills and experience that have brought me here so far.

On building business, a much bigger role is to create a business that is sustainable as a business but also for the environment. I believe this goes hand in hand together.

Always be supportive towards an community movement that act as a business but also provide answers towards building a better environment so here we are at Kick Andy Show supporting Zero Waste Indonesia on how we as business can contribute towards a cleaner and at the same time reduce your waste/ impact for the environment.
