Finding Your Voice on Veteran's Day and Beyond
Honoring those who served on this Veteran’s Day brings to mind the strength and courage it takes to stand up, not only on the frontlines but in our own lives. Today, as we recognize the sacrifices made by our veterans, I’m also reminded of the importance of finding our own voice—a privilege many fought to protect.
For so many of us, it’s easy to let our voice fade in the face of criticism, fear, or expectations placed upon us. I have done that too. I see this especially in women who have spent years staying quiet, hoping it would keep the peace or avoid conflict. Please know that finding and using your voice is an act of strength. It has taken me years to learn this and I am still on the journey. It is part of the process and a way to honor yourself and the values you hold close.
This Veteran’s Day, as we pay tribute to those who spoke up with action and conviction, ask yourself—are you using you own voice with that same commitment to integrity and purpose?
To every woman holding back: Your voice deserves to be heard. Speak your truth and stand firm, because only by stepping into your own power can you create a life that’s true to who you are and honor the legacy you want to leave.
If you’re ready to take that first step towards owning your voice and stepping into your truth, I invite you to reach out and connect with me. Together, we can create a life where you live confidently, knowing your voice matters and your story becomes your strength.
