Welcome to the eighth edition of our newsletter. Finding Your Talent Way is a digestible bi-weekly run-down for active learners and people managers who want to take steps to become successful in life and work.

International Women's Day (IWD) is celebrated on March 8th every year and is a day to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.

I am joyfully aware of the incredible importance of women in my life. From my mother, sister, and teachers at school and university to my amazing women friends, colleagues, and mentors!

Women at TalentWay fill critical business roles. I'm happy to create our amazing culture where women can unlock their own potential and help other women to unlock theirs!

IWD is also a day to raise awareness about gender equality and the challenges women still face today. This year's theme is rightly names as such... #EmbraceEquity

To celebrate IWD, we all can:

• Attend events and rallies that celebrate the achievements of women and advocate for gender equality
• Support organizations that work towards women's rights and gender equality
• Buy products from businesses owned by women or that support women's causes
• Educate ourselves and others about the challenges women face and how they can help
• Celebrate the women in their lives and show appreciation for their contributions and sacrifices.
• Use the hashtags #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2023 and #EmbraceEquity to join the global conversation and share messages of support and inspiration.
