FINDING YOUR SPIRITUAL GIFTS

On Saturday I shared how some of the doors opened for me to connect to my spiritual gifts, including how I had thrown the first set of Tarot cards in the bin.

Those of you who know me know that my thoughts are that we are beings being human and got lazy when we started calling ourselves human beings!

As a collective we are born to support one another, to empathise with each other to spread love and peace through out all lands - we seem to have forgotten this!

Most of us look at the world through dark filters missing the colour and the hews and absorbing what we perceive the world to be - doom and gloom.

Years ago whilst attending an Inner Goddess workshop I was asked to repeat the words written on a piece of paper the words were "I am Amazing", I could read these words but I couldn't just say them - because I didn't believe I was, I didn't like myself very much let alone love myself and to say I was amazing well.......!

But we all are amazing whether we buy into that or not!

We are each unique beings here to support one another yet jealousy, greed and anger often bar the way. It might be that we've been bullied, faced a trauma (let's face it most of us have and some point) we might be anxious, depressed or just cannot be bothered due to being tired or wrapped up in wordly affairs to see that when we connect within we take off those dark filters and see the world and its inhabitants for what they are!

We find that child within us the one that loves to play, the one that loves to listen to stories, walk in nature and to support one another in our own unique way.

Whilst attending an expo earlier this week I was told by a couple of people that they love spending time with me - something that I can now accept for after much work with more still to come I can now accept these compliments, I can say I am amazing (even though I'm still not certain that I am) but when we learn to like/love ourselves, have trust in our intuition and faith that everything will work out as it should, I can say that we do see the world we live in from a different angle and yes there are still things that you and I need to change but to do this we first need to change ourselves, our belief of what we are capable of, our attitude to ourself and others and slowly the cogs will turn to make the world a much happier place.

We can change the world one person at a time starting of course with ourselves!
