FS: Look at you, Shweta! Holding that certificate with such pride! It's been a journey, hasn't it?

DS: (Scoffs) Journey? More like a meandering path through the wilderness. Eight years to finish this diploma? What were you even doing all that time?

FS: (Calmly) Let's rewind a bit, DS. Getting married in 2011 felt like a fresh start, but then came the first break – two years away from the workforce. Re-entering wasn't easy. ?

DS: Easy? Ha! All those connections you had – gone. Skills? Probably rusty. You were practically starting from scratch.

DS: (Sarcastically) Oh, absolutely! But rewarding doesn't pay the bills. Then another break in 2016? What were you thinking, Shweta?

FS: Life happens, DS. Sometimes, family comes first.

DS: Fine, fine. But all these "breaks" – managing some society, tutoring slum kids – who cares about that on a resume? They're not exactly relevant HR experience.

FS: You're right, I felt that the HR landscape has changed. But those experiences honed my leadership skills and empathy.

DS: Leadership skills managing gossipy neighbors? Empathy for screaming kids? Sounds impressive on paper, doesn't it?

FS: (Smiling) Look, I know you have doubts, DS. But freelancing in 2020 was a good start, right? Recruitment, interviewing, HR Consulting – you tackled diverse projects. ?

DS: Freelancing? Gig jobs to pay the bills, more like it. And now this career coaching– who needs that? The market is saturated with coaches already.
