Begin your personal voyage of discovery by choosing an area in your life that you’d really like to improve. Give plenty of thought to the nature of whatever’s failing to match your needs or your expectations. Build a complete understanding of your problem and then consider how you would like your situation to improve. Create the clearest possible vision of the new, improved circumstances and then, when you climb into bed at night, take a few moments to breathe a little more deeply than usual, relax your body and tell yourself that your subconscious is going to show you exactly what you need to do to bring about the changes you seek.
If you realised how powerful your thoughts are, you would never again allow a negative thought to enter your heart or mind.???

This deliberate form of request can stimulate your subconscious to produce the best possible analysis and answer to whatever question you’ve posed. Sometimes the answer shows up in unmistakable form in a dream. Be absolutely sure to write down whatever message your subconscious delivers. Be sure to act on it.
