Finding Your Groove!!

We're talking about our groove in this post – not the music we groove to – not the groove in the road.

It's our scene, our niche… our groove.

Yes, we're talking about the groove that keeps us going.

Our groove moves us ahead. It's the reason we wake up before the alarm rings. It's the thing we love doing to the point where long hours are worth it.

What's my groove?

My groove is helping people find their way back home by tapping into their organic essence, where inner harmony, creativity, and aliveness reside.

And I'll tell you– I wasn't always in my groove. I worked in an industry that served a purpose for a while but eventually was no longer the best fit for me. I got fed up with getting up every day and going to work, knowing I had more to offer. I was not working my groove.

Finally, I walked out of a 20-year career in September 2015.

I'm glad it happened this way. Now, I enjoy my groove. I love connecting with people on a deep level and guiding them to remove barriers to have a more joyful life, to feel alive again. Once they align with their true essence of doing what fuels them in life, jumping out of bed in the morning is no longer a problem.

It feeds my soul to see the transformation in the people I support. It's a groove that brings me joy.

What's my takeaway? Everything led me to where I am today – every step of my journey brought me closer to my groove.

All of my experiences were learning experiences. If I didn't dislike getting up every day, I wouldn't have been motivated to find something new. Likewise, I wouldn't have found my groove if I hadn't jumped into a second career.

Look at the experts in our industry. Were they born knowing how to be successful? No, but they found their groove, worked vigorously, and eventually grew as expertise in their field.
