Finding the sweet spot for your advertising the easy way.

Finding the sweet spot for your advertising can be a chore. There are millions of places you can place an ad but only a few that will bring you profitable results.

So here’s an example of how it’s done.

Search the term: “residential property investment and management Toronto” on Google Yahoo and Bing and see what pops up. Pay attention to the ads you find and who is found under the map.

Check out the ads and follow the leaders to their websites. Find out what they are doing that you can do as well and improve on their efforts. You may not want to copy their ads exactly but you can use them to get ideas for your own ads. If you use a key word phrase that has no ads you are probably barking up the wrong tree.

Use your search to see what the competition is doing. Then out market them.
