FINDING STRENGTH IN WEAKNESS.

FOUNDATION SCRIPTURE:

? 2 Corinthians 12:9 ?

"My Grace is sufficient for you, for my Power is made Perfect in weakness."

HOLY SPIRIT, HAVE YOUR WAY.

In today's world, situations constantly pushes us to be self-sufficient and strong, and makes it difficult to embrace our weaknesses and give them to God. Our culture values achievement, independence and never showing vulnerability. Yet this truth in today's foundation Scripture reveals that God's Spiritual Power often shines brightest through our areas of weaknesses.

Perhaps you face persistent struggles - physical limitations, marrital disappointments, emotional battles, or personal shortcomings that you just can't seem to overcome on your own. You've prayed fervently for these weaknesses to be removed, but instead of deliverance, God's answer is "My grace is sufficient for you." And yes, this may feel unsatisfying, as we prefer the appearance of self-reliant strength.

But herein lies a great opportunity to depend on God's Sufficient Grace and allowing His Power to be perfected in our weaknesses. When we acknowledge our human frailties and inabilities, we create space for God's strength to go to work. Our feebleness becomes a window for the world to see the reality of Christ's Enabling Power alive within us, amen.

So do not be discouraged by your weaknesses anymore. Do not hide them or despair over them. Instead, embrace them with freedom and give them to God in total surrender, as they set the stage for God's Grace to be magnified in you! Our limitations provides opportunities for God to demonstrate His unlimited Power, Mercy and Love through us and in us.

Today, let your weaknesses motivate you to depend on God's Sufficient Grace in fresh ways. Let it increase your faith and love for the One Whose Strength is perfected when ours runs out and discover His All-surpassing Power at work. Amen.

1) Prayer of repentance and forgiveness

"People who conceal their sins will not prosper, but if they confess and turn from them, they will receive mercy." Proverbs 28:13.

- Confess your sins and shortcomings. Ask God for forgiveness.

2) LORD GOD, thank You for Your sufficient grace. I bring all my weaknesses to You today - physical, emotional and spiritual. I acknowledge my inadequacies, but Your Power knows no limits. Help me, in Jesus Christ's Name.

3) Almighty God, use my weakness as an opportunity to display Your strength. Let the world see Your Perfect Power engulfing my weaknesses and shining through my imperfect life and be glorified, in Jesus Christ's Mighty Name, amen.
