Most platforms out there deliver against a subset of the needs of a scaled service. They might focus on admin staff, Or they might provide the clinical record. Most do not provide a patient portal. Workflow management is another gap. So if you are a scaled service provider, you probably have a PMS and an EMR, and you developed a website with an agency which you need to maintain and integrate into your workflows, you are using Google Forms or excel or pen and paper.
