We use the results of that tool to match you with franchise concepts where you are most like top performers.? Next we sit down together to build a business model around what you think the perfect business would look like.? Just as an example, one section we will cover are employees; are they full time, part time, skilled, unskilled, high school students, could you have an employee with a different skills than you, what if you had no employees and just worked with 1099 contractors? ? How many do you have?? What is your management style?
We carry that through to location, image, sales, maturity, hours, and investment.
I talk with you about the things you want to do, not what you can do, like a job interview. ? Together we start narrowing the list.??

Next we take into consideration something very important called “lifestyle”. That is unheard of in the job market.? Many clients are very surprised when we talk about date nights, family rules, off limit times, and what sports the children play, do you want to coach, etc. ?
