Finding Peace!

Your circumstances affect your mental state, but they don’t have to control them, not if you make choices for your mental well-being. Admittedly, it’s not easy to choose peace when you’re going through tough times. It’s easy to get caught up in worries and stresses, and it can feel like that’s the only available response to things that have happened. But there are count-less things you can do to create peace of mind—both in response to conditions and situations in your life, and proactively, every day. Peace is always available, and like any desirable state of mind, it requires choosing to be conscious, self-aware and being still. Affirmations, when used like a mantra can be very helpful in bringing about peace in any given moment
