When I first joined Dyninno Group as a Social Media Manager, I never expected my role to evolve into so much more than just managing our online presence and crafting digital content.

Today, I’m not just a social media marketing specialist, but also one of the faces of our brands, representing them in various brand videos and campaigns. This role is all about connecting with audiences, telling stories that resonate, and helping our brands stand out in a crowded digital landscape.??

From Stage to Brand Representation??

I've always enjoyed being in front of an audience, a passion that started early with stage dramas in my childhood. But when I transitioned from Sri Lanka to Latvia to work for a multicultural and multinational company like Dyninno, I initially found it pretty intimidating.

As a Sri Lankan in a new country, I couldn’t help but doubt myself. The idea of representing global brands on camera was daunting at first, and I was hesitant about stepping into this new role. But my love for connecting with people, which has stayed with me over the years, pushed me to overcome those doubts.

So, when I was asked to step in front of the camera and represent some of our key brands, I was both nervous and excited to bring my enthusiasm and energy to the role. It felt like a natural extension of what I’ve always loved doing.?


Representing brands like MultiPass , Dreamport , and the broader Dyninno Group has been a truly rewarding experience. It’s more than just reading a script; it’s about truly embodying the values of each brand and genuinely conveying the messages they stand for.

Whether it’s about highlighting the innovative solutions of Multipass or showcasing the excitement of working in the travel industry with Dreamport, I’ve been able to channel my skills and passion for communication into these projects, and it’s been an amazing journey so far.?


Reflecting on the Experience?

As someone who loves social media and storytelling, this role has given me the chance to make a bigger impact beyond just creating content. I’ve learned to communicate more effectively; whether that means articulating my thoughts clearly, hitting the right tone and pace, or using a conversational style to make interactions feel more genuine.??


When it comes to brand storytelling, one of the biggest lessons I’ve picked up is the importance of really understanding what I’m talking about. It’s like preparing for a role in a Shakespearean play; you don’t just memorize your lines, you dive deep into the character, the 17th-century setting, and even the nuances of how they moved and spoke.

The same goes for my work. I make sure to grasp every detail about the topic, from the correct pronunciation of names to understanding how a product and its features work. This thorough preparation allows me to speak with confidence, making my communication both more authentic and impactful.?

I’ve discovered that it’s not just about telling people what we do; it’s about sharing stories that strike a personal chord. This means digging into the brand’s history, values, and what makes our audience tick, to craft stories that are not only engaging but also genuinely valuable.??


Through this journey, I've seen how powerful storytelling can be in building a strong, trustworthy brand. For me, each video has been an opportunity to explore different aspects of storytelling.

Whether it’s guiding a potential employee through the application process, explaining the benefits and features of a new product, or keeping our audience in the loop with company updates, each video serves as a touchpoint for our audience to connect with our brand.

Each video is a chance to connect with our audience, answer their questions, and provide them with valuable information that helps them make informed decisions. This approach ensures that our brand’s message isn’t just heard but also felt and remembered by those who matter most - our audience.?


Gratitude and Looking Ahead?

As I look back on this journey, I’m filled with gratitude for the amazing team at Dyninno. Their support, encouragement, and belief in me have made all the difference. I’m also incredibly thankful for the chance to be part of something bigger than myself; representing brands I genuinely believe in and helping shape how they’re seen by a wider audience.?

It’s a real honor to be trusted as someone who can authentically represent our brands and their values. I’m so appreciative of this opportunity, which not only reflects the skills I’ve developed but also the trust Dyninno has in my abilities to connect with our audience.?

Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue representing our brands and finding new ways to engage with our audiences. Whether I’m behind the scenes or in front of the camera, I’m committed to helping Dyninno Group’s brands shine and to continuing the work that makes our team proud.?
