As a teacher in a public sector organization, I have come to realize that my passion for teaching has led me to discover my ikigai, a concept deeply rooted in Japanese culture that encompasses the intersection of four fundamental elements: what we love, what we are good at, what the world needs, and what we can be paid for. In this blog post, I will delve into my personal journey and explore how the paradigm of ikigai has allowed me to embrace the positives and find harmony between my teaching profession and my other passions such as management consulting, corporate trainings, and entrepreneurial pursuits.
