Finding & Hiring: A Brave Field Engineer in Radiology

People still get sick other than being infected by Covid-19. And medical equipment and devices too need fixing. With the team I have today, we are making sure that our 18 hospital partners hosting SMU’s equipment throughout Indonesia could have the highest up-time rate possible.

Our business is impacted by the surge of Covid-19. We decide to survive, get stronger, and get better. My company is very dynamic with projects involving reorganizations, M&A, shaping culture, talent shortages, budget pressures, employee demands, and disruptive events.

RESPONSIBILITES:

?            Monitor & maintain device/equipment to function properly;

?            Manage inventory of spare parts CT Scan, MRI, & Cath Lab;

?            Support business KPI on delivering >95% up time all across our 18 hospitals;

?            Perform tight scheduled preventive maintenance;

?            Collaborate effectively with principal, distributor, hospital team, and SMU Site Managers & their teammates;

?            Produce weekly reports with tuned in analytic approach;

?            Perform swiftly first line troubleshooting;

?            Perform detailed equipment safety audit and technical site audit;

?            Be a team player and company’s brand bearer;
