Happy New Year! Now that the ball has dropped and the champagne’s been popped, it’s worth taking a moment to reflect on the year (and decade) that’s passed while also looking ahead to 2020 and beyond.

As I approach my first major client event of 2020 next week, the ICR Conference in Orlando, Florida, I’m proud to reflect on a highly successful 2019 as my team and I aggressively gear up for even more projects in 2020. Q1 is shaping up to be the busiest yet and we’re always looking to grow our business at IDD with both new and existing clients.
