Finding the God Of Small People, An Insight into the Perilous Journey of The Ordinary People in an Extra Ordinary Adverse Conditions

The process of identifying the needs of a specific group of people and providing solutions to address those needs is fundamental to any business. However, ordinary people are often ignored and neglected by all levels of governance, despite being the biggest contributors to micro-economic activity. It is unclear why the system overlooks them or considers their contributions are irrelevant. The values they hold, their sacrifices, their extraordinarily hard work, and the complex advancements they bring to human progress all form part of what can be called "The Human Growth Index." Ordinary people live neither in the past nor the future; their focus is entirely on the present. But their actions certainly lays the foundation for the future, a future that holds on values and run with merits.

The significance of micro-economic activity and the primary factors driving the growth of sustainable economic models will become increasingly relevant. These models are emerging as new "role models," replacing the traditional linear models that were once believed to provide stability and prolonged growth. The traditional system is in an irreversible decline. At the same time, we cannot overlook the damage it has caused to family values and the way of life for ordinary people. The tools ordinary people use just to survive, their achievements, especially in social-technological advancements, the growth models they follow, and their remarkable accomplishments, the family values they hold—clearly demonstrate that we are not merely biological beings or carbon-based entities, existing for no purpose. Something much bigger than the entitled used to portray.

The linear growth models, which have been consistently challenged by many, perpetually insist that economic activities must be restricted, managed, or controlled by large players or their equivalents. This view is reflected in the role models often highlighted in modern business school curriculum, who are presented as always offering stability everywhere and all the time. However, micro-economic activities driven by businesses run by ordinary people, alongside the technology that has evolved over time, demonstrate the business models that they follow with flawless interoperability which is very critical to emerging technologies. These models, with their shared characteristics, have an unparalleled and profound impact on the system, the system where we cherish our dreams .

Finding our god is about extreme dedication, hard work, and relentlessly engaging in various activities for the benefit of others, ultimately reaching the peak of human potential. Once you are able to see the other side of the line, you will undoubtedly encounter "Our God," which is fundamentally different from the traditionally known one.
