Finding the formula to become #1: A look back on eTap’s Rider Raffle Campaign

The eTap Rider Raffle Campaign has ended, yet the journey of creating lasting connections with our prized rider community has only begun.

After closing a campaign aimed at engaging with riders and expressing gratitude for their loyalty and support, a much-needed recap is in place. Through an interview with Christopher Pantinople, eTap’s dedicated Field Marketing Assistant, we take a moment to reflect on the journey and process.


Starting the engine

Pantinople's approach began with a personal touch. He took the initiative to introduce himself to riders directly, explaining how the raffle worked and encouraging participation through their eTap transaction receipts. Nagawa rin niyang maghabi ng personal connection with the hardworking riders.
