Finding extraordinary moments every day

As a pandemic mom transitioning to a new job when I joined Kenvue, it was sometimes hard for me to find the extraordinary every day. The world was changing so fast, and I felt like I couldn’t keep up. I remember feeling stuck in the daily grind, juggling family life, motherhood, a career and whatever “me-time” I could salvage in between. This fresh, new purpose gave me a new perspective. With a deliberate effort and consistency to see the extraordinary in the everyday, I was able to shift my focus.
