There was about 40 in the group and the session was speaker secrets - except it was in the Senate.

The usual pattern was a brief presentation and then everyone goes through the gauntlet of rehearsal.

However, this was a longer presentation as the Mexican Senator and one hundred business leaders from around the world were in attendance watching fascinated.

"Hey, you're going to speak for 3 minutes sometime this afternoon", Clint Arthur said casually at the break.

"Hell yeah", I said.

Wow, what an honor to be chosen out of 40 other speakers to demonstrate actual examples of some of the secrets, was what I thought.

I felt like a high school Freshman again ready to jump out of the gym at the opportunity to get in the basketball game.

With my heart racing with excitement, I hit all the elements telling a story of how to triumph over adversity - maybe that's part of my why?
