Join us for our inaugural session of the three-part summer book club series. We will discuss the book?Find Your Why: A Practical Guide to Discovering Purpose for You and Your Team by Simon Sinek.
Author Simon Sinek popularized the concept of having a WHY -?a deep-seated purpose - in?his well-known Ted Talk and his book Start with Why.?Your WHY makes you feel fulfilled and inspires others.
Sinek and co-authors created this easy-to-follow guide which starts with the search for your personal why, and then expands to helping your colleagues find your organizations’ WHY. It includes detailed instructions on every stage in the process.
Whether you’re entry level or a CEO, these simple steps will lead you on a path to a more fulfilling life and long-term success for you and your colleagues.
