We all have moments when we feel unmotivated, inefficient and, well, lazy. In these moments, knowing your unique ‘why’ can help you bounce back.
Having a sense of purpose can guide our behaviours and make it easier for us to act. If you haven’t found your purpose yet, don’t worry, you can build it over time.
A great place to start is to think about what matters most to you in the world. What can't you go a day without thinking about?
Don't let discovering your purpose be overwhelming – try to think of it as a meaningful activity instead. Spend a few minutes thinking about your purpose before you begin the workday.
