Elizabeth's unwavering commitment to being authentic, despite societal pressures, mirrors our own journey toward finding our genuine voice in sales and leadership overall. It serves as a reminder that real success stems from remaining faithful to our identity, even when faced with obstacles.

What I Love About This Season

Everything feels fresh about spring - it's a new season, a time for renewal and growth, in nature and our personal and professional lives. I love the longer days and the extra time outdoors, soaking in the inspiration that the vibrant spring energy brings. It's a perfect backdrop for reflecting on our practices, making room for new strategies, and embracing our authentic selves more fully.

I have had this plant for years and this is the first time the orchids are blooming after the initial flowers.
