Yesterday, I was reminded of how valuable and important finding your tribe is.?

I’m in California for a conference, and for the second year in a row, the community for financial advisors I co-founded, AGC, had our annual meet-up. For a community that lives primarily online, the opportunity to get together in person is pretty special.?

It was an exciting event, and it made me so happy to see these friendships that were established virtually continue to grow in person. As I took a moment to take in the moment and watch the community interact, I was reminded of how important it has been for me to be surrounded by people with similar mindsets who are supportive and uplifting.

Not only have I experienced firsthand the impact of community, but I’ve witnessed amazing things happen within AGC—I don’t need studies or statistics to tell me how important the people you surround your Self with are.

If your current tribe is not aligned with the direction your authentic life is taking you, your Pursuit will be a struggle until you begin to bring people into your life who support the version of your Self you are pursuing.

Whether it’s an online community or local, big or small, or well-established or just forming, find the people in your life who will help you move closer toward your authentic life—find your tribe.
